Winner Selection:

1.      The top 50 entries will be selected based on creativity, relevance, and quality of content.

2.      Winners will be notified from 4th November 2024 onwards and given instructions to complete their purchase.

Terms & Conditions

1.      Eligibility

a.      This contest is only open to legal residents of Singapore.

b.      Entrants must be aged 18 years old or over.

c.      Tourists or entries from non-residential addresses (e.g., hotels) will be disqualified.

2.      Entry Period

a.      The contest will run from 26th September 2024, 10:00 AM to 16th October 2024, 11:59 PM (SGT).

b.      Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.

3.      How to Enter

a.      Like and share the official campaign’s Facebook post or Instagram post.

b.      Comment on the Facebook post or Instagram post with your most memorable PlayStation experience and why you deserve to be one of the 50 winners.

c.      Ensure your social media profile is set to public and that you do not change your Facebook or Instagram account used for submitting your comment for the duration from time of comment posting till 11th November 2024.

d.      Complete the participation form with your details (email, Facebook name/Instagram handle, and your comment). The email provided will be used to notify you about the opportunity to purchase if you are selected as a winner, and it must also be the same email used for the final purchase.

4.      Selection Process 

a.      Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the PlayStation theme, and quality of content.

b.      The top 50 most compelling submissions will be selected as winners.

5.      Winner Selection & Purchase Process 

a.      Batch 1 (50 winners): Winners will be notified by email on 4th November 2024. If they wish to proceed with the purchase, they must complete their purchase via a special login code from 4th to 10th November 2024.

b.      Batch 2: If winners from Batch 1 do not complete their purchase in accordance with these terms by the deadline, their spot will be automatically offered to Batch 2 contestants on 11th November 2024, with a purchase window from 11th to 17th November 2024.

6.      Purchase & Delivery:

a.      Each winner will receive a login code and a purchase URL via the notification email to complete their purchase through Sony’s online store.

b.      Order has to be made with the email submitted in the form.

c.      Each login code will entitle you to purchase only one PS5 Pro 30^th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle. The login code is non-transferable. Multiple purchases will be rejected.

d.      Delivery of the PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle to those who have successfully completed their purchase will commence on 21st November 2024 onwards.

7.      Order Restrictions

a.      If the email used for entry does not match the one used for purchase, Sony Singapore reserves the right to cancel the order and disqualify that participant.

b.      Only one purchase is allowed per household.

c.      Only Singapore residents are eligible to purchase.

8.      General Conditions

a.      All participants must agree to the full Terms & Conditions as set forth by Sony Singapore.

b.      By participating in this contest, participants agree and consent to Sony Electronics  (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“SES”) and Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Private Limited (“SIES”) collecting and processing the personal data and associated information submitted in the participation form (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of organising and administering the contest, including verifying participants’ eligibility, reviewing entries, and contacting potential winners. Personal Information may be shared with third parties as necessary for SES and SIES to fulfil the purpose of processing only, such as contest partners and authorized retailers.

c.      Participants may request SES and SIES to delete their Personal Information, but doing so before this contest concludes may disqualify participants from participation.

d.      Each winner agrees to allow SES, SIES, and their respective affiliates the right to publish their name in connection with this contest for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes.

e.      SES reserves the right to disqualify without notice, in its discretion, any participant found or suspected to be using multiple profiles or identities, submitting fraudulent or incorrect information, providing any Personal Information which is false, inaccurate or misleading, submitting an entry deemed to be incomplete, illegible, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate, or violating the rules; and to take any necessary legal action.

f.        Each valid order shall be deemed as an offer to purchase and SES’s acceptance of the offer shall be accepted only upon the receipt of the notification of delivery.
