Redemption Steps (Manual Warranty Registration) via BRAVIA App on your TV (A) or via My Sony Portal (B)
A. Redemption steps via BRAIVA APP on your TV
1. Go to Home on your BRAVIA TV.
2. Under Apps, select My BRAVIA.
3. Accept the Privacy Notice and register your TV using either your Google account or an email address.
4. Be sure to consent to receive marketing material to unlock exclusive promotions.
5. Look for the "Thank you" screen and proceed to check your email for confirmation from Sony to finalize your account set up.
6. Open your email to follow the instruction. Ensure that you upload your receipt as required. A Sony Authorised Redemption Email
will be provided within 1 month of registration.

B. Redemption steps via MY SONY Portal
1. Purchase eligible Sony products at any Authorised Retailer.
2. Register the product online within 14 days upon receiving the Product, no later than 14 Apr 2025
3. Log-in or Sign-up My Sony Rewards if you are not a member
4. Fill-in required information and upload your receipt.
5. Receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email within 1 month from the registration date.

Redemption Steps (Auto Warranty Registration - Sony Stores Only)
1. Purchase eligible Sony products at any Sony Store (excluding marketplaces).
2. Warranty will automatically be registered 14 days after delivery of the Product.
3. Receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email within a month from registration date.

REGISTER FOR GIFT REDEMPTION PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Sony is giving a complimentary code of BRAVIA CAM (CMU-BC1) to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for BRAVIA TV K-65XR80 and XR-65X90L (the "Product") as indicated on the product page.
2. Promotion is only valid from 7th Mar 2025 to 31st Mar 2025 (inclusive of both dates).
3. All promotions are only applicable to purchases made with authorised dealers in Singapore. For the list of authorised dealers, please refer to https://www.sony.com.se/section/retailshops.
4. In order to qualify for the promotion, customers are required to register their warranty online for their Product(s) within 14 days from date of receipt of product. No extensions will be granted. Terms and Conditions for My Sony registration apply. Customers who are eligible for the Auto Warranty service do not need to register for their warranty.
5. Eligible customers who successfully register their warranty online will receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email at their registered email address within a month from the registration date, for the redemption of their complimentary gift.
6. Customers who are under the Auto Warranty service would have their warranty successfully registered in their account within 8 days upon date of delivery.
7. Customer will thereafter receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email at their registered email address by the Redemption date, for the redemption of their complimentary gift.
B. If customers do not receive the Sony Authorized Redemption Email within 30 days from the Redemption date, please contact our Customer Contact Centre during operating hours (Monday - Friday, 1000hrs - 1700hrs excluding Public Holidays). Queries on this issue after 30 days from the Redemption date will not be entertained.
9. Please redeem the complimentary gift within 14 days upon receiving the Sony Authorised Redemption Email.
10. Sony is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected (due to incorrect email address) and/ or loss of the Sony Authorized Redemption Email. Requests for the replacement of the Sony Authorized Redemption Email will not be entertained.
11. All free gifts are while stocks last.
12. Sony reserves the right to replace the free gift with another item of similar value as determined by Sony in its sole discretion.
13. The free gift is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
14. The original receipt of purchase must be retained and presented upon request by Sony for verification purposes.
15. By registering the product online, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions.
16. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to, at any time, change or modify these Promotion Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
