Redemption Steps for Manual Warranty Registration

1. Purchase an eligible Sony Product from any Sony Authorised Retailer.
2. Register the product online & Upload Your Purchase Receipt. 
3. Receive your complimentary gift notification email within 1 month of successful warranty registration.

  • For BRAVIA TV models K-85XR90 and K-85XR70, follow Scenario A.
  • For BRAVIA TV models K-98XR50, K-75XR90, K-75XR70, and K-75XR50, follow Scenario B.
Scenario A. In-Store Redemption
Redeem your gift at the Sony Store, One Holland Village

Simply present your redemption email to staff at the store.

Scenario B. Redemption steps via Online Redemption
  1. Click on the link and you will be directed to a product page on https://www.sony.com.sg/.
  2. Add the product to your cart and apply the unique Redemption Code at checkout. The product cost will automatically show as $0 after applying the code.
  3. Complete your order, and your gift will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of successful redemption code activation.

Redemption Steps for Auto Warranty Registration (Sony Stores Only)

1. Purchase an eligible Sony Product from Sony Stores (excluding marketplaces).
2. Link your My Sony Rewards account at point of purchase. Warranty will be automatically registered 8 days after delivery of product.
3. Receive your complimentary gift notification email within 1 month of successful warranty registration.

  • For BRAVIA TV models K-98XR50, K-75XR90, K-75XR70, and K-75XR50, follow Scenario B.
A. In-Store Redemption

Redemption Steps Via BRAVIA App - Applies to TV Category only

1. Purchase an eligible Sony Product from any Sony Authorised Retailer.
2. Register the product via BRAVIA APP on your TV upon receipt of the TV
a. Go to Home on your BRAVIA TV.
b. Under Apps, select My BRAVIA.
c. Accept the Privacy Notice and register your TV using either your Google account or an email address.
d. Be sure to consent to receive marketing material to unlock exclusive promotions.
e. Look for the "Thank you" screen and proceed to check your email for confirmation from Sony to finalize your account set up.
3. Upload Your Purchase Receipt. In the confirmation email, you'll find a link and the steps to upload your purchase receipt. 
4. Receive your complimentary gift notification email within 1 month of successful warranty registration.

BRAVIA TV Free Gift Redemption Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Sony is extending a complimentary gift
    1. Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 9 (HT-A9000//M SP1) and Subwoofer (SA-SW5//M1 SP1) to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for BRAVIA TV K-98XR50 (the “Product(s)”),
    2. Wireless Speaker (SRS-ULT10/HCE), Reon Pocket Pro (RNPK-P1T) and Noise Cancelling Headphone (WH-1000MX5) to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for BRAVIA TV K-75XR90, K-75XR70, K-75XR50 (the “Product(s)”),
    3. Sony Camera with zoom lens (ZV-E10K/BQ  AP2) to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for BRAVIA TV K-85XR90 & K-85XR70 (the “Product(s)”)
  2. The promotion is only valid from 1st Nov 2025 to 04th Jan 2026 (inclusive of both dates).
  3. All promotions are only applicable to purchases made with authorised retailers in Singapore. For the list of authorised retailers, please refer to https://www.sony.com.sg/section/retailshops.
  4. Customers who are eligible for Auto Warranty Registration (Purchased at Sony Stores excluding marketplaces) would have their warranty successfully registered in their account within 8 days upon date of delivery.
  5. Customers who are not eligible for Auto Warranty Registration are required to register their warranty for their Product(s) within 14 days from date of receipt of product. No extensions will be granted. Terms and Conditions for My Sony Rewards registration apply. Customers must upload their purchase receipt as part of the warranty registration process.
  6. Eligible customers who successfully register their warranty online will receive their complimentary gift notification email within 1 month of product registration.
  7. If customers do not receive their My Sony Rewards Loyalty Voucher within 14 days of stipulated period, please contact Sony Customer Contact Centre during operating hours (Monday – Friday, 1000hrs - 1700hrs excluding Public Holidays). Queries on this issue after 31st Jan 2026 will not be entertained.
  8. Please redeem the complimentary gift before the expiry date stated in the complimentary gift notification. 
  9. Sony shall not be responsible for undelivered, misdirected (due to customer’s input of incorrect email address), of the complimentary gift notification.
  10. Each purchase of an eligible product will entitle the customer to one (1) complimentary gift which are available while stocks last.
  11. Sony reserves the right to replace the complimentary gift with another item of similar value as determined by Sony at its sole discretion.
  12. In the event where the Customer returns the product, within the product return period, the Customer must also return the complimentary gift in good condition, along with the box and manuals failing which Sony reserves the right to levy a replacement cost to the Customer that shall not exceed the retail value of the complimentary gift.
  13. The complimentary gift is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
  14. The original receipt of purchase must be retained and presented upon request by Sony for verification purposes.
  15. By registering the product warranty online, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions.
  16. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to, at any time, change or modify these Promotion Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
