Sony is offering a trade-in promotion for WF-1000XM6 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (the “Product”) whereby you agree to trade-in an Eligible Trade-In Set* in exchange for a discount/rebate on the retail price of the WF-1000XM6 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (“Trade-In Promotion”). By taking part in the Trade-In Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein (“Promotion Terms & Conditions”).

By purchasing the Product with the Trade-In Promotion, you undertake to provide an Eligible Trade-In Set* - Wireless Headphones, Wireless Earphones or Wireless Earbuds (must include both earbuds and charging case). The full list of Eligible Trade-In Sets and applicable trade‑in rebate amount is set out below.

A maximum of one Trade-in can be applied for each WF-1000XM6 purchased during the Trade-in Promotion.

For orders made on Sony Store Online, the process is as follows:

1. Add your product to cart and proceed to check-out.

2. On the shipping page, select “Pickup in store” option.

3. Finalise your order and complete payment.

4. After you confirm your order, Sony send you an email letting you know when it's ready for pick-up. Please wait for this notification before visiting the store.

5. Collection of the WF-1000XM6 will commence on the same day as the island-wide launch date, ensuring you are among the first to receive your product.

6. Upon arrival at the store, proceed to the cashier and provide your order number along with your Eligible Trade-In Set.

7. Sony Store staff will verify your identity using your registered contact number. Please ensure you have your mobile phone for verification purposes.

1. Sony personnel may reject Trade-In Sets where the set is materially damaged, incomplete, counterfeit, does not power on, or otherwise are not in acceptable condition, as determined at the staff’s discretion.

2. Upon such rejection, you may choose to pay the value of the trade‑in discount to complete your purchase of the Product or choose not to proceed with the purchase.

3. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the Eligible Trade-In Set and that no third party has any title, rights and/or interest in the Eligible Trade-In Set.

4. Upon successful trade-in, all title, rights and interests in and to the Eligible Trade-In Set will pass to Sony.

5. Trade-In Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions and staff card or any other cards.

6. By placing an order on this Site, you offer to purchase the Products from Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Sony”), and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the Promotion Terms & Conditions and the standard Terms & Conditions, Promotion Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

This promotion is applicable only for the purchase of WF-1000XM6 from participating Sony Stores and Sony Authorised Dealers during the Promotion Period.

The trade-in rebate amount is fixed as stated in the table below. Requests for negotiation on the trade-in rebate amount will not be entertained.

Participating Sony Stores for the purpose of this Trade-in Promotion are Sony Stores in Singapore (excluding Sony Store, Changi Airport), Sony Store Online Singapore and selected Sony Authorised Dealers.

The trade-in discount/rebate may not be used for other purchases.
