Trade-In Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Sony is extending a trade-in promotion for
o WH-G910N (Inzone H9-II) the wireless gaming headset
o IER-G900 (Inzone E9) the gaming in ear
o KBD-G900 (Inzone KBD-H5) the keyboard
o MSE-G500 (Inzone Mouse -A) the mouse
(the “Product”) whereby you agree to trade-in an Eligible Trade-In Set* in exchange for a discount/rebate on the retail price of the product(s) chosen above (“Trade-In Promotion”). By taking part in the Trade-In Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein (“Promotion Terms & Conditions”).
2. Trade-In Promotion is only valid from 15 Sep 2025 to 19 Oct 2025(inclusive of both dates).
3. By purchasing the Product with the Trade-In Promotion, you agree to provide an Eligible Trade-In Set* - the full list of Eligible Trade-In Sets is set out below.
4. Limited to a maximum of one Trade-in Headphone for each product(s) chosen above purchased during the Trade-in Promotion.
5. For orders made offline at participating stores, customers will need to provide Trade-in headphones at the time of purchase.
6. For orders placed online, Trade-in headphones will be collected at the time of delivery of product(s) chosen above. Failure to produce trade-in units will result in default of purchase.
7. For Sony Store Online orders,
7.1. Collect In Sony Store Wisma by default - the following steps must be fulfilled:
7.1.1.Add your product to cart and proceed to check-out.
7.1.2.On the shipping page, select “Pickup in store” option.
7.1.3.Finalize your order and complete the payment.
7.1.4.Upon order confirmation, expect to receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
7.1.5.Collection of the product will commence on the same day as the island-wide launch date, ensuring you are among the first to receive your product.
7.1.6.Upon arrival at the store, proceed to the cashier and provide your order number along with your Eligible Trade-In Set.
7.1.7.Sony Store staff will verify your identity using your registered contact number. Please ensure you bring your mobile phone with you for verification purposes.
7.2. Rejection of Trade-In Set - Sony Store personnel and delivery personnel reserve the right to reject any Trade-In Set at their sole discretion.
7.2.1.If your Trade-In Set is rejected at Sony Store, you will be required to pay the value of the trade-in discount as outlined in Clause 1 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions to complete your purchase of the Product.
7.2.2.If your Trade-In Set is rejected during delivery, no re-delivery will be arranged. You will have to contact Sony Store at +65 6341 9945 to arrange for a store pick-up at Sony Store Wisma with an Eligible Trade-In Set.
8. You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the Eligible Trade-In Set and that no third party has any title, rights and/or interest in the Eligible Trade-In Set.
9. Upon successful trade-in, all title, rights and interests in and to the Eligible Trade-In Set will pass to Sony.
10. The discount/rebate obtained in this Trade-In Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions and staff card or any other cards and can only be used for this Trade-In Promotion
11. By placing an order on this Site, you offer to purchase the Products from Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Sony”), and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the Promotion Terms & Conditions and the standard Terms & Conditions, Promotion Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
12. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sony and its officers and employees harmless from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, loss and damages (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with the Trade-In Promotion.
13. Sony reserves the right to, at any time, and in its sole and absolute discretion, change or modify the Promotion Terms & Conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending terminating or suspending the Trade-In Promotion, and all customers shall be bound by these amendments.
14. This promotion is applicable only for the purchase of product chosen above from participating Sony Stores during the Promotion Period.
15. The amount of trade-in rebate awarded is at Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd’s (“Sony”) sole discretion. No negotiation on the amount of the trade-in rebate will be entertained.
16. Participating Sony Stores for the purpose of this Trade-in Promotion are Sony Stores in Singapore (excluding Sony Store, Changi Airport), Sony Store Online Singapore.
17. Sony reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. The trade-in discount/rebate may not be used for other purchases.
