    What is Premium Care

    Premium Care, offered by Sony, is an optional service that customers can top up to enhance their ownership experience with selected Sony products. Designed to provide peace of mind, it includes extended warranty coverage, comprehensive Cleaning and Check & Maintenance (for selected items), and discounts on service parts (only for cases not covered by warranty).
     

    Who is eligible for Premium Care?

    Premium Care is available to customers who purchase selected Sony products. Please refer to the provided list of eligible models. To become eligible, you must:
    • Be a My Sony Rewards Member.
    • Register the warranty for your product purchased under My Sony Rewards program within 14 days of purchasing the main unit.

    When must I purchase Premium Care?

    Premium Care must be purchased within 30 days of purchasing the main unit to access the benefits.

    Can I cancel my Premium Care purchase?

    Yes, you can cancel your Premium Care purchase within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claim has taken place.

    What happens if my product needs repair under Premium Care?

    You may bring it in directly to our service centre at 313@somerset or drop it off at our collection centres. Location information can be found here.

    How and when can I redeem the one-time comprehensive Cleaning and Check & Maintenance included with my Premium Care service?

    You can redeem your one-time comprehensive Cleaning and Check & Maintenance at any time during the standard or extended warranty period. Here's how:

    • Bring the main unit to our designated service center at 313@somerset.
    • Ensure you have proof of purchase for the main unit and your Premium Care.
    • The comprehensive cleaning and maintenance check will take approximately 3 working days.
    • After completion, you can pick up your product from our service center.

    I am a tourist on vacation in Singapore. Will Premium Careapply when I’m back in my home country?

    Premium Care (i.e. extended warranty services, etc.) are only valid within Singapore, they are not applicable once you return to your home country.

    What damages will Premium Care’s warranty extension cover?

    Damage coverage will be identical with the standard warranty (12 months) and My Sony extended warranty (additional 3 months). You may review the terms and conditions here.

    How much does delivery cost?

    Sony offers free deliveries for orders $100 and above. For orders below $100, a standard delivery charge of $2.90 will be applied during checkout.

     

    What is the expected delivery lead time?

    Products excluding those listed under Televisions and Home Cinema:

    For orders below $100, your order will be delivered within 3 working days upon order placement of products.

    For orders $100 and above, placed before 2pm on Monday - Thursday excluding eve of public holidays, delivery will be next day. Orders received on the weekend may take longer as some logistics partners do not support delivery on Sunday. Please refer to the following table for delivery estimates:

    Some condominiums may have specific delivery time slots and/ or limit deliveries. Kindly check with your condominium management for the approved time slots for delivery. Please notify your condominium management once we have confirmed the delivery date and time.

     

    Where do you ship to?

    Shipping is only available within Singapore. Delivery will only be made to address located on the main Singapore island, with the exclusion of restricted zones. Delivery to Sentosa island will be subject to additional charges. Where Sony is unable to deliver, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as we become aware of the restriction.
