Redemption Steps

  1. Register the warranty online.
  2. Receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email within the next 10 minutes.
  3. The Sony Authorised Redemption Email will contain a unique Voucher Code. Present this Voucher Code with your purchase receipt at the authorised dealer from whom you made the purchase.
  4. After verifying the Redemption Code and the Serial Number of the purchased item with the Authorised Dealer, you will be able to redeem the voucher.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Sony is extending a complimentary gift ($100 Sony Lens and Accessories Voucher*) to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for Alpha 6700 APS-C Camera (the "Product(s)").
  2. There is a minimum spend of $200 required to redeem the voucher and cannot be used for purchase of SEL50F14GM, SEL400F28GM and SEL600F40GM.
  3. The promotion is only valid from 15th July 2023 to 14th August 2023 (inclusive of both dates).
  4. All promotions are only applicable to authorised dealers in Singapore. For the list of authorized dealers, please refer to https://www.sony.com.sg/section/retailshops.
  5. In order to qualify for the promotion, customers are required to register their warranty online for their Product(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted. Terms and Conditions for My Sony registration apply.
  6. Eligible customers who successfully register their warranty online will receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email (containing a unique Redemption Code) at their registered email address within 10 minutes of registration, for the redemption of their complimentary gift.
  7. Please redeem the complimentary gift within 14 days upon receiving the Sony Authorised Redemption Email.
  8. If customers do not receive the Sony Authorized Redemption Email within 14 days of registration, please contact our Customer Contact Centre  during operating hours (Monday – Friday, 1000hrs - 1700hrs excluding Public Holidays). Queries on this issue after 31 September 2023 will not be entertained.
  9. Sony is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected (due to incorrect email address), and/or loss of the Sony Authorised Redemption Email. Requests for the replacement of the Sony Authorised Redemption Email will not be entertained.
  10. All complimentary gifts are available while stocks last.
  11. Sony reserves the right to replace the complimentary gift with another item of similar value as determined by Sony at its sole discretion.
  12. The complimentary gift is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
  13. The original receipt of purchase must be retained and presented upon request by Sony for verification purposes.
  14. By placing an order for the Product(s) on Sony Store Online, you offer to purchase the Product(s) from Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions.
  15. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to, at any time, change or modify these Promotion Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

  2. Upon receipt of the Sony Authorised Redemption Email, you may proceed to redeem the voucher from one of the respective redemption locations listed below.
  3. Please ensure that you select the correct online store. Stores reserve the right to reject your redemption if you purchase from a different Authorised Dealer than the ones indicated below.
  4. Please ensure that you redeem the item(s) within 14 days upon receiving the redemption email.
