Terms & Conditions
- Sony is extending a complimentary gift (Limited Edition G Master Premium Gift Set) to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for all G Master Lenses (the "Product(s)").
- This promotion is valid for purchases made between 1 September 2025 and 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive). Warranty registration must be completed between 1 March and 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) to qualify.
- The promotion is only applicable to purchases made with authorised dealers in Singapore. For the list of authorised dealers, please refer to: https://www.sony.com.sg/section/retailshops
- Customers eligible for Auto Warranty Registration (Purchased at Sony Stores excluding marketplaces) and purchase during the period of 1 to 31 Mar 2026 will receive their complimentary gift together with their purchase, provided they have linked their My Sony Rewards account at the point of purchase. Auto Warranty Registration will be activated 8 days after the date of delivery.
- Customers who are not eligible for Auto Warranty Registration are required to register their warranty for their Product(s) within 14 days from date of receipt of product and by 31 Mar 2026. No extensions will be granted. Terms and Conditions for My Sony Rewards registration apply.
- Eligible customers who successfully register their warranty online will receive their My Sony Rewards Loyalty Voucher in their My Sony Rewards account within 2 days of successful registration, for the redemption of their complimentary gift.
- If customers do not receive their My Sony Rewards Loyalty Voucher within 14 days of successful warranty registration, please contact Sony Customer Contact Centre. Queries on this issue after 30 Apr 2026 will not be entertained.
- Please utilise the voucher before the expiry date stated in the My Sony Rewards Loyalty Voucher. No delivery service will be provided for the redemption.
- Sony shall not be responsible for undelivered, misdirected (due to customer’s input of incorrect email address), of the My Sony Rewards Loyalty Voucher.
- Each purchase of an eligible product will entitle the customer to one (1) complimentary gift which are available while stocks last.
- Sony reserves the right to replace the complimentary gift with another item of similar value as determined by Sony at its sole discretion.
- In the event where the Customer returns the product, within the product return period, the Customer must also return the complimentary gift in good condition, along with the box and manuals failing which Sony reserves the right to levy a replacement cost to the Customer that shall not exceed the retail value of the complimentary gift.
- The complimentary gift is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- The original purchase receipt must be retained and presented upon request for verification.
- By registering the product warranty online, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions and the standard Sony Terms & Conditions.
- Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to, at any time, change or modify these Promotion Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
