Sony Electronics (Singapore) Free Gift Redemption Program T&Cs

Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Sony”) is offering a complimentary gift promotion (“Promotion”) to customers who purchase eligible Sony products and successfully register the warranty of the purchased product during the Promotion Period.

To qualify for the Promotion, customers must:
1. Purchase an eligible Sony product during the Promotion Period.
2. Purchase from the eligible retailers.
3. Successfully register the product warranty within the specified registration period.
The Promotion is valid for purchases made with authorised retailers in Singapore only.
Each purchase of an eligible product entitles the customer to one (1) complimentary gift, while stocks last.

Customers may register their product warranty through one of the following methods:
1. My Sony Online Warranty Registration
2. Auto Warranty Registration (Sony Stores only, excluding e-commerce marketplaces)
  1. Customers who purchase from Sony Stores and link their My Sony Rewards account may have their warranty automatically registered after product delivery.
3. BRAVIA App Registration (TV products only)

Eligible customers will receive notification of their complimentary gift through the method stated in the Promotion Details.

Upon receiving notification of their complimentary gift, customers must redeem the gift according to the Redemption Method stated in the Promotion Details and/or the notification provided.
Customers may be required to present the following for verification during redemption:
1. Proof of purchase
2. Redemption voucher / code / email notification
3. Product serial number
Sony reserves the right to reject redemption if the required verification documents cannot be provided.
For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event where the complimentary gift is a third-party product, such third party product shall not be warrantied by Sony.

Customers must redeem the complimentary gift before the expiry date stated in the redemption notification, voucher, or redemption code.
Any unredeemed gifts after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

Complimentary gifts are available while stocks last.
Sony reserves the right to replace the complimentary gift with an item of similar value.
Complimentary gifts are not exchangeable for cash or credit.
Sony shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any issues arising from the customer’s use of any third-party complimentary gift. Sony does not make any promise or warranty in relation to the third-party complimentary gift, including but not limited to, its fitness for purpose.
Sony is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to incorrect customer information.

If the eligible product is returned within the product return period, the customer must also return the complimentary gift in good condition including packaging. If the gift is not returned, Sony reserves the right to recover the retail value of the gift.

Customers must retain the original purchase receipt. Sony reserves the right to request proof of purchase or other documentation for verification purposes.

By participating in the Promotion and registering the product warranty, customers agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions and Sony’s standard Terms & Conditions.

By participating in this promotion, the customer grants Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. consent to collect and use their submitted personal information in accordance with Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ‘s privacy policy which can be found at here.

Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
These terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the laws of Singapore in force at the material time.
