📸 Trade Up to Sony Alpha – Enjoy Up to $2,170 OFF

1. Customers may trade in any Interchangeable Lens Camera (“Trade-in Camera”) for trade-in rebates, which will be used to offset against the purchase price of ILCE-7RM5, ILCE-1 camera body. (“Camera Trade-up Promotion”). 

2. Customers may trade in any Camera Lens (“Trade-in Lens”) for trade-in rebates, which will be used to offset against the purchase price of the three Trinity GM lens, SEL1635GM2, SEL2470GM2, SEL70200GM2 and SEL85F14GM2 lens (“Lens Trade-up Promotion”). 

3. Promotion is only valid from 16 May 2025 - 15 June 2025 (inclusive of both dates). 

4. For orders made offline at participating stores Trade-in Cameras and/or Trade-in Lens will be collected at the point of purchase for both the Camera Trade-up Promotion and Lens Trade-up Promotion. 

5. For Sony Store Online orders, there are two fulfilment options available: (1) Collect In Store, and (2) Delivery. We strongly recommend selecting the "Collect In Store" option for faster receipt of your order. Customers who opt for the delivery option, however, can expect that we will endeavour to fulfil their orders within two (2) weeks upon order placement.
   
   a. Collect In Store - For the collect in store option, the following steps must be fulfilled: 

i. Add your product to cart and proceed to check-out.
ii. On the shipping page, select “Pickup in store” option.
iii. Finalise your order and complete the payment.
iv. Upon order confirmation, expect to receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. 
v. Upon arrival at the store, proceed to the cashier and provide your order number along with your Eligible Trade-In Set.
vi. Sony Store staff will verify your identity using your registered contact number. Please ensure you bring your mobile phone with you for verification purposes. 

b. Delivery - For the delivery option, the following steps must be fulfilled: 

i. Add your product to cart and proceed to check-out.
ii. On the shipping page, select “ship” option.
iii. Finalise your order and complete the payment.
iv. Kindly expect a phone call and/or WhatsApp message at least 1 working day in advance from Sony to arrange delivery of the Product together with the collection of the Eligible Trade-In Set (estimated to commence in early-June). 
v. Delivery will not be arranged until we have received a confirmation from you.
vi. Kindly prepare the Eligible Trade-In Set and hand it over to the delivery personnel at point of delivery. Delivery personnel shall have the absolute discretion to reject Trade-In Sets for any reason whatsoever.  

c. Rejection of Trade-In Set - Sony Store personnel and delivery personnel reserve the right to reject any Trade-In Set at their sole discretion.

i. If your Trade-In Set is rejected at Sony Store Wisma under the store pick-up option, you will be required to pay the value of the trade-in discount as outlined in Clause 1 of these Promotion Terms and Conditions to complete your purchase of the Product.
ii. If your Trade-In Set is rejected during delivery, no re-delivery will be arranged. You will have to contact Sony Store at +65 6341 9945 to arrange for a store pick-up at Sony Store Wisma with an Eligible Trade-In Set. 

6. The following conditions must be fulfilled for the Camera and Lens Trade-up Promotion. 

a. Trade in Interchangeable Lens Camera and Camera Lens must be in working condition (able to power up).
b. Any external media shall be removed from your camera.
c. Any and all data within your camera shall be deleted.
d. Limited to a maximum of one (1) Trade-in Camera for every Camera Trade-up Promotion purchased.
e. Limited to a maximum of one (1) Trade-in Lens for every Lens Trade-up Promotion purchased. 

7. Ownership of the Trade-in Camera and Trade-in Lens will transfer to Sony Electronics (Singapore) upon purchase of a new camera or lens under this promotion. 

8. The trade-in rebates only apply to the purchase of ILCE-7RM5, ILCE-1, SEL1635GM2, SEL2470GM2, SEL70200GM2 or SEL85F14GM2 during the promotion period. Additional purchases or single purchases of other Alpha camera body or lens will be charged at the prevailing promotional price of a single unit. For the avoidance of doubt, trade-in rebates obtained by trading-in a Trade-in Camera cannot be used under the Lens Trade-up Promotion and trade-in rebates obtained by trading-in a Trade-in Lens cannot be used under the Camera Trade-up Promotion. 

9. The trade-in rebate amount is fixed and non-negotiable. This promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items. 

10. Trade-in is available at Sony Stores, Sony Store Online and selected Sony Authorised Dealers.  

11. Sony Electronics (Singapore) and Sony Authorised Dealers reserve the right to refuse trade-ins at their sole discretion. 

12. Camera Trade-up Promotion and Lens Trade-Up Promotion is not stackable with other ongoing promotions at the store. 

13. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at their sole discretion without prior notice.  

14. By placing an order on this Site, you offer to purchase the Products from Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Sony”), and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions as well as the standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the Promotion Terms & Conditions and the standard Terms & Conditions, Promotion Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
