Terms & Conditions
1. Program Period
The Refer-a-Friend Program is valid from 1st October 2025 to 31st October 2025 ("Program Period"). All referrals must be completed within this period.
2. Eligibility
- Referrers must have purchased an Xperia 1 VII between May 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025.
- Referees must be new customers who have not previously purchased an Xperia 1 VII.
3. Referral Process
- Each eligible referrer will receive a unique referral code via email.
- Referee must enter the referral code at checkout to receive the $100 discount.
- The referral code can be used more than once, for each new Xperia 1 VII purchase in store or online. For the avoidance of doubt, Referrer may refer more than one referee.
4. Rewards
For Referee:
- $100 discount applied immediately at checkout on Xperia 1 VII purchase.
- Discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
For Referrer:
- $50 Dairy Farm Group voucher will be issued via email by 20th November 2025.
- The $50 Dairy Farm Group voucher is subject to its own validity period and terms of use, as stated on the voucher.
5. Important Conditions
- Referral codes are valid until October 31st, 2025.
- Referrers are eligible to receive one $50 Dairy Farm Group voucher for each unique referral code that is successfully used by a referee to purchase an Xperia 1 VII. There is no limit to the number of rewards a single referrer can receive.
- Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit.
- Both referrer and referee must be residents of Singapore.
- The receipt of any reward is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Sony reserves the right to withhold any referral code and/or reward pending verification of the referrer and referee’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
6. General Terms
- Sony reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.
- Sony's decision on all matters relating to this Program is final and binding.
- Any suspected fraud or misuse of referral codes may result in disqualification.
- Sony reserves the right to amend/change the Terms and Conditions and without any liability to the referrer and referee.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
