TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The “Sony Store 2026 Mid-Year Promotion: Win a Disney Cruise (“Lucky Draw”)” (“Campaign”) is organised by Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Sony”) and by taking part in this Giveaway, you agreed to be bound by the following terms & conditions (“Terms & Conditions”).
QUALIFYING PERIOD
2. The Campaign qualifying period is from 21 May 2026 to 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”).
3. Sony reserves the right to change the Qualifying Period.
ELIGIBILITY
4. You must be a resident of Singapore and be registered as a new My Sony Rewards member and subscribed to Sony Newsletter to participate in the Lucky Draw. If a non-resident is drawn, the entry will be deemed inadmissible, and another winner will be selected.
5. The following categories of people are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:
Employees of Sony and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies of Sony together with their employees, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the aforesaid persons are not eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
6. Participant must meet the below criteria:
a. Purchase Sony products onsite at one of our four (4) stores located at 313@Somerset, Wisma Atria, Westgate and One Holland Village or purchase Sony products Online via our online store at www.sony.com.sg.
b. Every S$300 nett spend entitles you to one chance to participate in the Lucky Draw.
c. The minimum spend of S$300 shall be calculated after all discounts, vouchers, rebates, credits, refunds, or adjustments and must be reflected on a single original receipt. Split or combined receipts will not be accepted.
d. Lucky Draw entries must be submitted between 12:01am on 21 May 2026 and 11:59pm on 30 June 2026.
7. There will be 2 Lucky Draw winners in total. The winners will be selected by the organiser via a random draw from all eligible and valid entries. The Lucky Draw will take place on 10 July 2026, 2:00PM SGT at Sony Electronics Singapore, in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
PRIZES
8. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each Participant stands a chance to win an attractive prize as set out below:
• 3N cruise holiday in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verendah for 2 guests (estimate value at US$2,000) on the Disney Adventure (“Prize”).
9. The Prize is strictly for use onboard the Disney Adventure, with sailing date to be informed to the selected winners upon their selection. The sailing date is fixed and cannot be changed. If the winner is unable to travel on the specified date for any reason, the Prize will be deemed forfeited.
10. The components of the Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or other prizes.
11. Sony reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the Prize with any other item of a similar value.
12. The selected winner will be notified via email using the email address provided during entry by 17 July 2026, 2:00PM SGT.
13. The selected winner must respond within five (5) business days from the date of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.
14. To utilize your Prize, you are required to make your travel bookings within five (5) business days from the date of notification by providing the names and travel details of the 2 guests. No name and travel detail changes are allowed once submitted. Once your guest has been selected by you and confirmed in your travel itinerary, you will not be allowed to change or substitute your guest without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.
15. Sony accepts no responsibility or liability in the event that a winner cannot be contacted and/or in the event the winner does not collect the prize within the stipulated period.
16. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Sony for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Sony by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Lucky Draw, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Lucky Draw, Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
17. Sony reserves the right not to award the Prize or part thereof to any person who, for any reason whatsoever, fails to meet any stipulated requirement in order to claim the Prize. Sony reserves the right not to award the Prize to the winner and/or reclaim the Prize or its value (based on Suggested Retail Price) from the winner. It shall be in Sony's sole discretion to award the Prize(s) to another participant.
18. The winner is solely responsible for all costs incurred in connection with their claiming of the Prize, including but not limited to travelling or transportation expenses, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.
19. Sony shall not be liable for warranties, maintenance, taxes or any additional costs of the prizes. The Prize will be awarded only in Singapore.
20. Sony’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Campaign, and no queries, themes or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Sony’s decision on the same. The receipt by any winner of any prize under the Lucky Draw is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
21. Information - All information, including personal information (“Information”) submitted or known to Sony and/or its affiliates in connection with this Campaign will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Sony at https://www.sony-asia.com/microsite/privacypolicy/sg/ (“Privacy Policy)
22. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you agree to consent to Sony:
a. to the use of the Information, without compensation, for Sony's promotional and marketing purposes; and
b. to the use of the Information, without compensation, for the purpose of administration in relation to the Lucky Draw.
23. Each individual participating to this Lucky Draw acknowledges that:
a. in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by her/him to Sony or obtained by Sony from her/him pursuant to this Lucky Draw:
b. she/he is authorised to disclose such Personal Information; such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this Lucky Draw, and the use of such Personal Information by Sony as contemplated by this Lucky Draw (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to Sony's external agencies or third parties).
GENERAL
24. Sony reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Sony’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Lucky Draw.
25. Sony reserves the right to disqualify the winner or revoke any prizes awarded if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the winner has breached these Terms and Conditions, or on any grounds as Sony may in its sole discretion decide.
26. Sony's decisions on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding.
27. Creation of My Sony Rewards membership account is subject to My Sony Membership Terms and Conditions.
28. Sony reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extend, terminating or suspending this Lucky Draw, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
29. Sony shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prize, any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Sony of this Lucky Draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Sony for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
30. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
31. The Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
