My Sony Rewards Loyalty Voucher T&Cs

  1. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Sony”) is extending this promotion to eligible My Sony Rewards members via a loyalty voucher (“Voucher”).
  2. The Voucher is valid only for the recipient to whom it is issued and is redeemable on eligible Sony products as specified. It must be presented or applied at the point of purchase at designated redemption locations.
  3. The Voucher is valid until the expiry date shown in the My Sony Rewards account wallet.
  4. The voucher must be presented or applied at the point of purchase or redemption.
  5. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash or other goods or services, whether in whole or in part.
  6. Only one (1) voucher may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise specified.
  7. The voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
  8. Redemption is subject to product availability and any applicable product exclusions determined by Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
  9. In the event of any refund for purchase, Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. only refund the customer the actual amount paid.
  10. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any redemption that is fraudulent, duplicated, expired, tampered with, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
  11. Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  12. By participating in this promotion, the customer grants Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.  consent to collect and use their submitted personal information in accordance with Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ‘s privacy policy which can be found here.
  13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Sony Electronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance to the laws of the Republic of Singapore, in force at the material time.
