Redemption Steps (Auto Warranty Registration – Sony Stores Only)
- Purchase eligible Sony products at any Sony Store (excluding marketplaces).
- Warranty will automatically be registered 14 days after delivery of the Product.
- Receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email by 28th February 2025.
- The Sony Authorised Redemption Email will contain a unique promotion code to activate a 12-month meWATCH Prime subscription.
Register for Gift Redemption Program Terms & Conditions
- Sony is giving a complimentary code of 12-month meWATCH Prime Subscription to customers who purchase and successfully register their warranty online for BRAVIA TV (the “Product”) as indicated on the product page.
- Promotion is only valid from 2nd Jan 2024 to 31st January 2025 (inclusive of both dates).
All promotions are only applicable to purchases made with authorised dealers in Singapore. For the list of authorised dealers, please 3. refer to https://www.sony.com.sg/section/retailshops.
- In order to qualify for the promotion, customers are required to register their warranty online for their Product(s) within 14 days from date of receipt of product. No extensions will be granted. Terms and Conditions for My Sony registration apply. Customers who are eligible for the Auto Warranty service do not need to register for their warranty.
- Eligible customers who successfully register their warranty online will receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email (containing a unique Redemption Code and the Link to the gift) at their registered email address by 28th February 2025 (“the Redemption date”), for the redemption of their complimentary gift.
- Customers who are under the Auto Warranty service would have their warranty successfully registered in their account within 8 days upon date of delivery.
- Customer will thereafter receive a Sony Authorised Redemption Email (containing a unique Promotion Code for a 12-month meWATCH Prime subscription) at their registered email address by the Redemption date, for the redemption of their complimentary gift.
- If customers do not receive the Sony Authorized Redemption Email within 30 days from the Redemption date, please contact 8. our Customer Contact Centre during operating hours (Monday – Friday, 1000hrs - 1700hrs excluding Public Holidays). Queries on this issue after 30 days from the Redemption date will not be entertained.
- Please redeem the complimentary gift at the given link within 14 days upon receiving the Sony Authorised Redemption Email.
- Sony is not responsible for undelivered, misdirected (due to incorrect email address) and/ or loss of the Sony Authorized Redemption Email. Requests for the replacement of the Sony Authorized Redemption Email will not be entertained.
- All free gifts are while stocks last.
- Sony reserves the right to replace the free gift with another item of similar value as determined by Sony in its sole discretion.
- The free gift is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- The original receipt of purchase must be retained and presented upon request by Sony for verification purposes.
