Where can I collect the product if I'm unable to attend the collection event on 20 June 2026?
For Sony Store and Sony Store Online customers, our product consultant will reach out via WhatsApp for collection arrangements. Customers who purchased from Sony Authorised Dealers may collect their product from the respective store from 22 June 2026 onwards.
I've registered for the collection event but am unable to attend due to a last-minute change.

What do I need to bring for product collection?
Please bring a physical copy of your purchase invoice for verification upon collection.
Can I bring a +1 to the event?
Unfortunately, this event is strictly for pre-order customers only.
Can I appoint someone else to collect on my behalf?
Yes. Kindly present the event confirmation email and purchase invoice for verification purposes.
What happens if I miss my collection slot?
Product collection is open until 8 PM. Customers who miss their allocated slot may join the walk-in queue. Priority will be given to customers with confirmed RSVP slots, and waiting time may apply.
What happens if I don't submit my leather craft selection and initials in advance?
Guests who do not submit preferences beforehand will receive a randomly assigned leather craft item on-site without engraved initials. Submit your choices via the link provided in your confirmation email prior to the event date.
Is this event open to the public?
Yes. Selected Event Highlight Areas are open to the public from 6 PM.
Will there be photography and videography at the event?
Yes. Photography and videography will take place during the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable casual attire. As the venue may be cold, we recommend bringing a light jacket.
Is there a fee to attend the collection event?
No. The event is complimentary for customers who have placed a pre-order. Selected Event Highlight Areas are open to the public from 6 PM.
